  I went through the drive thru. One person ordered before me. They did not take my order until after they had paid and were served. After I got to the window, I noticed 2 employees with headsets. One had on sweat pants and a regular tshirt. A person that was not an employee was standing there vaping at the counter n gave the vape to the employee in street clothes. This place is a joke! What kind management allows this behavior?

  This was awful. We went in for ice-cream and the girl at the counter ignored us while she talked on the phone thru her headset. She then took our order for two bananas splits and again walked away. The other person tried to take our order again !!! We had to show our receipt to her. She made our order with rotten bananas. We sat down in the booth with hundreds of dead flies all over. We will probably never got to any D. Q. AGAIN

  I was ignored by cashier on her headset on a personal call. We order and she walked away to finish her call without doing our order. Another person finished it and we had to show our receipt to show what we ordered and that we paid. Then we sat down at a booth. To my amazement the windows sills had dead flies and other bug carcasses. It was not cleaned for awhile. Being a retired bakery manager I understand it's hard to find help but there was no excuse for conditions. An inspection would have a failing grade to major violations

  These high schoolers have to be high or just missing common sense. We waited 5 minutes at the counter for someone to just take our order, dude messed it up, then took another 5 minutes before asking the next person in line what he wanted. It actually took the customer saying “are you taking orders” for him to get acknowledged. The two girls at the front are just aimlessly wondering while somebody has been waiting 8 minutes in the drive through according to their screen. At this point, it’s comical
