The food was absolutely phenomenal. We got the onion pakoda which was excellent along with samosas. The mint chutney was a really great addition.
For entree got Dum Aloo Gobi and asked for it extremely spicy, arrived mild spice, 5/10 on spice level but flavor was on point. Second entree was Saag chicken, medium level on spicy requested, 1/10 spice level at the table. Chicken portion was really good. Third entree Kadhi Panner, very flavorful and robust, no spice level requested.
Recommend visiting this place for an authentic experience. Water was served at the table. Unfortunately missed the lunch buffet which is weekend days 11-3. Would definitely be interested in trying this on another visit.

We usually order takeout, but decided to go for the sit-in dining experience for Father's Day eve dinner.
The place was empty except for the two of us, though the takeout order pickup stream was constant throughout our stay.
We were seated without any delay and subsequently were promptly served our drinks and our order taken.
We ordered the murgh malai kabab, the tandoori jhinge and the Tamilian fish curry, all at "Indian spicy" level. Yea, we made that phrase up but it was well understood.
After a bit of wait, we were served all the dishes and they all arrived piping hot.
They were all quite aromatic, hitting the right flavor notes. The tandoori paste on the shrimp was phenomenal; alas, the shrimp was way overcooked. The rich perfectly infused flavors of the spices more than made up for it. A properly cooked shrimp would absolutely elevate this already amazing deliciousness.
The malai murgh is one of our favorites for takeout and it didn't disappoint. Though, as the chicken is still cooking on the plate after being served, it got a little bit tough when we got to the last piece. The flavor profile is a well-balanced complement to the rich tandoori shrimp.
We were absolutely blown away by the fish curry. Just about everything about this dish was perfect. The fish was Mahi Mahi and it was cooked to perfection, delicate and quite fresh. The spices and the coconut milk in the curry were blended and marinated exquisitely with that extra bit of bite from the "Indian spicy" level. This was the star of our dining experience.
I doubt if fish curry would carry well as a takeout and it's probably best enjoyed as a dine-in experience.
Overall, it was quite the pleasant experience.
We went for anniversary dinner and enjoyed a very delicious meal and amazing customer service. Food came quickly , one of the best biriyani’s I have had in Austin and everything else was great too. They helped us pick the right drinks for our taste and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience.

We got take out and enjoyed everything we ordered. The Brussel sprouts, fish curry, lemon rice, and rice pudding were incredibly fresh, flavorful & delicious. We are looking forward to the leftovers!
