  Absolutely my favorite Sonic in the area, not only because it is one of the few in the area lol. Living in Bee Cave, it is so convenient to get too! I am here almost every single day for my delicious liquid lunch — a Route 44 Sweet Tea with extra vanilla flavor! Also, the staff at this location is just wonderful and beyond kind and sweet. I am always greeted with such warmth, especially by Celestina! Such a sweetheart and a blessing of a person. Please swing by Sonic Lakeway!

  Tried Sonic after a decade mostly due to an attractive bogo deal on their mobile app. Service is horrendously slow. Have to wait for ~10 minutes to see the message - someone is on their way with your food. And then another 7 minutes before someone actually showed up. And, as for food - it was horrible. Onion rings were awfully rancid, and chicken sandwich was equally rancid and excessively salty. Will not be going there again any time soon, may be for another decade.

  Service was exceptional, as we had an upcoming appointment that still turned us down. Coming back, they didn’t give us any trouble with getting our order.
