  This store is the worst. Half the time I order online my order is cancelled because they aren’t opened. Mind you it will be Monday afternoon and they will be closed. And when I call the store during business hours to see if they are open, no one picks up. I love Papa John’s. I wish we could get a new store to open around here.

  I ordered on yesterday, after a pleasant experience two days prior, believing that I would receive the same experience again. I was wrong unfortunately. My order was not ready until 6:45, roughly 25 minutes after the pick up time. I arrived earlier and waited patiently as the lobby was full and Larry was the only one on duty. I then waited an additional 15 minutes to allow Larry time to work through the orders. I walked in and was slightly greeted, then waited for him to make three orders(pizza/cookie), to then be ignored and slighted. Larry helped someone that came in after me that purchased a beverage. I stood there, still patient, and then walked out to my vehicle to sit in my vehicle. I decided to not pay for being slighted and overlooked especially after being considerate, understanding and patient with Larry's circumstances. I believed his behavior was rude and a complete 180 from my previous visit. I honestly regret giving Papa John's another chance after a bad quality experience at a location down south over 8 months ago and another 2 years prior. So, that's three strikes and I am done with this business. Also, there is a lack of sanitary while making the pizzas and handling other facets that I noticed while I was waiting patiently. I was very disappointed in the behavior/action in entirety and canceled my order, verbally, prior to leaving.

  Damn I came at 10pm and the door was closed then I went to get a drink n came back at 10:30 n still closed, they’re supposed to close at 11:30, im hungry:(

  Not sure why such low stars. I’d imagine it’s due to the neighbors & their levels of patience. Kevin took my order over the phone , I never call in but was having trouble placing thru app / online (I think Uber Eats is doing that delivery portion now) He was great! Excellent communication skills & explained all the delivery deals that were going on! Thanks Kevin keep up the energy!

  The employees today were terrible. So bad I didn't even order pizza. I drove further and paid more for better service and a friendly smile.
