  I've been to the this sonic several times. But long story short, someone here stole my card information. I wasn't even in town when a charge came up, I showed up to the store and the manager said that they would do an investigation. I have received no communication other than word of mouth that this has transpired. I have called, gotten hung up on, constantly told that the manager wasn't there. For 3 weeks I've tried to get answers, nothing. I can't stand a thief.

  This is without a doubt the worst sonic ive ever visted. Ive given it a try on multiple different occasions at different times of day and different days of the week and the quality of food and service and wait time is always terrible I just waited 20 minutes on 2 drinks and they are flat.

  Server was kind but we ordered 2 drinks and it took almost 30 minutes. Then my cherry limeade tasted like straight sparkling water with no flavor. And I dont know what was going on but it smelt like rotten garbage in the parking lot

  I go here regularly all different times of the day. Sometimes after work around 7-7:30am, 11am-12pm late morning early afternoon. Mid afternoon 4-5pm and sometimes later around 11pm. Depending on who is working, because you see the same faces sometimes around the same shifts ill say at times early/late generally is an alright time to go. No long waits friendly service. (With an exception of once or twice ive had the same person who is late nights normally or afternoon has been there early am and same long wait times if they come at all.) But generally for the most part theyre better service at these times. As for afternoons, depends on how busy they are times I have experienced which isnt a ton of several visits have been acceptable and food is usually fresh and friendly enough service. As for later evenings, even a few hours before closing time wait times I've experienced have been unacceptable. No one else but maybe one or two at the most cars other than me. Yet the wait times are ridiculous and unsatisfactory 100% first to even get someone to answer once the button is pushed, but then they do answer take the order and regardless of what it is expect to wait extensive amounts of time. Case in point Sunday May 24th 2026 around 10:50ish pm pulled in parked and pushed the button, there was one other car on the other side and I waited just for an answer on the speaker for more than 5 mins. Someone else pulled in and parked a couple spots down from me and I seen them waiting several mins for a response with nothing also and I finally got fed up and left. It doesnt matter what you order because it could be as simple as a cup of ice or a soda expect to wait AT LEAST 6-9mins for someone to bring it out, i have actually waited upwards around 13mins one evening not busy one or two others and me I ordered a medium cup of ice and a small soda and waited for at least 13mins to have it come out and finally gave up since I was then late for work already and never got my order. Idk what is going on inside or who they have working for them but its unprofessional, horrendous customer service and over all just horrid experiences. My wife goes here for bags and cups of ice almost every other day at least several times a week at various times of the day and normally at night good luck even getting a cup of ice singular one cup only. She has waited insane times a few times she just left and opted to go to the azle location the next morning instead of waiting for someone to bring a single cup of ice after already waiting crazy long wait times to just get an answer and once or twice ive gotten no answer no matter how long I waited or pushed the button. I finally left as well as a couple of other cars who had pulled in. One was there before me and one after me. You need to work on this and your employees people do not have to choose your location or sonic at all for that matter you'd think these businesses would have a little more respect for the people who literally are the reasons you even have that restaurant because without them you have nothing but a no business empty box and nothing more. So maybe pick your employees better or train them better to understand what their job is and that the customer matters.
