  I love their teas and especially their lav lemon matcha but they need to fix their ordering system. They can barely understand what you’re saying without me having to scream over the intercom.

  Sun 6/7 3:30pm I get they are not a coffee shop so I didn’t have high expectations. I was disappointed with my experience today. The employee taking our order appeared more focused on joking around than listening carefully, which resulted in us having to repeat our order multiple times. Even after repeating it, there was still confusion—she heard “green tea” when we had asked for a splash of cream in our coffee. Unfortunately, the drink we received was made almost entirely of cream with only a small amount of coffee, which was the exact opposite of what we ordered. Mistakes happen, but paying attention to customers and accurately taking orders is a basic expectation. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers receive better service and the products they actually ordered.

  You can make your own tea. Plenty of options and a few desert options also. You can also order hot coffee and matcha drinks. They have a happy hour from 2 to 4 pm. Reasonably priced.
