  ⭐ 1-Star Review – HTeaO Lake Worth Very disappointing experience at the HTeaO location in Lake Worth. The customer service was poor, and the lack of basic accommodations for customers is frustrating. How do you sell 4-gallon and 5-gallon bottles but fail to provide lids for the containers when all the other locations do? That makes absolutely no sense. Providing lids should be a basic part of the service, not something customers have to worry about. Between the poor customer service and the inconvenience, this location needs to seriously reevaluate how it treats its customers. I expected much better from HTeaO. Customer service and attention to basic needs should be a priority, not an afterthought.

  Best brewed Ive drank in a long time. This summer was my 1st time to drink their tea. The 1st time I ordered Wild raspberry. When I drank it, I found it to be "sweet" tea. I drank it. Next time I made sure to get me the raspberry unsweetened tea. A couple of things I noticed was: ▪︎ lots of flavors to choose from ▪︎ black tea & green tea available ▪︎ have to request unsweet or you get sweet tea ▪︎ plastic & styrofoam cup tea served in plastic cup U have to ask & pay extra for stryrofoam

  We love HTeaO and this rating isn’t about the tea but is entirely about the cleanliness of this location. There were very few tasting cups and the ones that were there, were all dirty. The area to get lids had straw trash on the counter, sticky surfaces and some fruit on them. Gross! There was a solid amount of employees and even some doing training. Hopefully they will get trained on keeping the store clean. I’m not sure if this is due to the young age of the staff and maybe not caring a lot or due to the fact that every single one of them Was behind the counter and not attending the drink stations.
