- MMmellisa maguireMay 10, 20261.0Let ppl cut in line when informed that a customer cut off 4 cars then they proceed to be rude. I was told they are trained to go the shortest line first so it was not their fault I picked a longer line. It was 17 minute wait for 2 coffees, because everyone was to busy having a fun with each other. From the pnw and a fan of DB but this one does not meet their core values. Would not come back to this location.

My cold brew was really watered down and the next day my Golden Eagle was just espresso and milk. Very disappointing because in the past this location made the drinks the best. 😩😔

I came through this drive through just to order a side of the sauce and the girl at the window was super nice and completely remade the drink for me for free. I was running on 4 hours of broken sleep so it feels like she saved my life lol

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
