This DQ location is a disaster. An ice cream place that can't handle orders for ice cream, unless it's something pre-made in the freezer! Never again!

Everyone is so nice here. My ice cream is always ready on time and taste. don’t go to McDonald’s come here. Their ice cream machine is never broken. Casey is the best at the window :)

The store was packed when I came in, but the food was really good and made fresh. Staff was working hard and overall it was a great experience. I can see why this place stays busy!

I hated this experience. I came mind you 5 to 10 minutes before DQ closed. Let me warn pregnant women don't go here for cravings. The woman who was taking my order was so rude. She said in a very rude tone we close in 5 minutes. I said okay great give me one sec. I was asking my 2 year old and my boyfriend what they wanted. She got loud and said " what can I get you?" I said give me one sec please. I told her one of the items. She asked anything else I said give me one second as a parent children change their orders. She continues to ask me anything else we ordered 3 things. I came to the window and the manager was there so I asked her why her employee was speaking to me in such a rude tone. Manager said " there have to let people know we are closing" I replied with oh with that rude tone? She said I'm sorry have a great day and tired to hand me 2 of my items with out my 3rd item for my child. I said no I have more things and she rolled her eyes at me. I will never be returning to this store.

The theme is common on the reviews. This might be the worst Dairy Queen in North America. I have been a faithful customer to Dairy Queen for over 50 years. I waited half an hour in the lobby while 6 unsupervised young employees basically goofed off as the drive thru was backed up and the lobby filled up with disgruntled Customers. After waiting for half hour for my Peanut Buster Parfait and Sundae I was told the ice cream machine wasn’t working. Yet I saw them give a Customer two malts and a milkshake before me. The shake machines looked like they hadnt been cleaned all day long. The lobby was disgusting. Eventually the cashier gave me my 25 dollars cash back after voiding the order but couldnt do the math to actually give the correct change. So the owner actually was shortchanged because we got chiken finger meal. Kids today cannot subtract 25 from 100 and that is a fact. This experience is a sad commentary of where we are as a society. No proper education, no proper training, total lack of supervision, and the owner apparently does nothing to fix these issues other than replies to these reviews with lip service. The owner needs to mentor these young adults and turn them into professional speaking, acting, and respectful members of society. Dairy Queen is an American Icon in the fast food business. The owner needs to step up or sell the business. Where is Dairy Queens Head Office with random inspections during weeknights when there is no supervision at this “restaurant”.
