The restaurant had about 7 people in line with only one person making food and taking payment. She was the only one showing any kind of hussle. The other 4 people behind the counter were either talking or not moving at all. I ordered both black and pinto beans and barely had a 1/4 c ofin my bowl. my bowl. I ordered a small cilantro lime sauce and there were chunks of corn and cheese all through the sauce. Totally disgusting. So disappointed andI won't be going back.

The rice was hard and crunchy which is unfortunate because I was looking forward to it and I normally love chipotle rice. Disappointed in the honey chipotle chicken it was so dry and the chicken was chewy.

Samantha, took time to listen to our concerns and checked ingredients for us and then also made fresh cilantro and chicken and fresh veggies all off the line. Chipotle is one of the few places where he can eat and she was very patient and took great care of us.

Why am I paying $9 for poor quality yall need to do better! The cherry on top I call and let a lady know the situation about my last 3 visit and she made it seem like I was lying and had an attitude! I wasn’t asking for anything in return I was calling to let them know why would I have a reason to lie. Overall experience - sucky
