Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

He took the time to explain some of the popular menu options and helped us decide what to try. He even came around to check on us with a tray full of different sauces, making sure we had everything we needed! You don’t see this kind of genuine customer service very often anymore! Omar was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. He truly made our first Whataburger experience a memorable one. It’s clear he takes pride in his restaurant and cares about his customers. Thank you, Omar, for the outstanding hospitality!

The restaurant and restrooms are always clean and my food comes out in reasonable time (2-5 minutes depending what I order and the line). I’ve brought my family and friends here to just hangout because of how much we get along with the employees and the great atmosphere they bring to the table when were served. I love this place and would want everyone else I know to come visit and eat here. Great 10/10.
