- BMBecca MurphyApr 30, 20262.0My review is specifically for the bakery. I came in today around 1 o’clock. The bakery was not busy. There was no lines of customers and it appeared to be well staffed with at least three employees so that I saw. I was greeted with “do you need something?!“ and I simply smiled and said “yes I would like to put in an order.” The response of the employee was followed with an eye roll and a “well you can only pick up after 4 PM” I explained that is fine. His response was actually “it’s 6 PM.” Smiled again and said “OK 6 PM it’s fine” I received another eye roll and unapproachable body language as he removed his gloves and started walking towards me to take my order. Another employee move forward to assist me instead, and she sweetly explained to me that the display case were always in stock and I could pick up at any time and would not need to place an order. I take her for her time and left the bakery with no cake and no order. I understand since Covid customer service has gone downhill for the most part, I guess I just expected more out of H-E-B. The entire interaction felt like I was a bother to even make a request or have a conversation with this specific employee. I do not know his name, but he was a tall, white male

- CVchris vaughanMar 12, 20261.0If u come here expecting common decency uve come to the wrong place, I went there to buy some juice the other day and didn't realize I forgot my wallet, when I told the lady at the self checkout that I didnt have my wallet cuz I forgot it at home, she accused me of stealing and asked about the "liquor in my pockets", I showed her my empty pockets and she told me I was being trespassed and not to come back
