  Stopped for the first time to try a fizz soda. I noticed there’s black things floating in my drink. Disgusting🤮 Reply to owner: The nonchalant replay is laughable. To assume it’s coffee grounds and then say it’s harmless is diabolical. That could be anything in my cup and to just assume it’s coffee grounds is wild. This shows the lack of quality control and cleanliness of the establishment if people are getting coffee grounds in a non coffee drink.

  Ordered an iced matcha with *extra matcha* and *light ice* and got a weak matcha with a lot of ice.

  Every time I have placed my order I'm greeted with such friendly employees. This right here is the reason for my 5 stars. The drinks are good and so reasonable for the size.
