  I ordered from the app. I had modified two toasters to come with jalapeño , onion and tomato, and a breakfast burrito. These were meals. When I got home the toasters were not made correctly. So I called and they said they would replace the toasters. I asked for the burrito to be remade as well so it wouldn’t be cold. She said yes that’s fine. She hung up on me without saying anything. I drove all the way there with the food. And once I was there she said that actually no they would only replace the toasters. She was very rude. And when I protested she said “Do you want the toasters or not?” Now I have cold food. And I had to take a lot of time out of my day. I am really disappointed with the way this sonic treats customers when they made a mistake.

  Not sure why but the wait here was a lot longer than other Sonics. Then my drink lid gets popped off an soaks the bag my food was in. While in the serving tray. Good thing I had some detail rags to wipe everything off.
