I’ve been a weekly regular here for my son, but the delivery service has become inconsistent over the last few months. Most recently, a 4:30 PM order didn't arrive until 6:35 PM. When I called for an update, I was told the pizza had been kept under heat lamps, which isn't ideal for a two-hour wait. The delivery side seems to be struggling lately, so I’d recommend picking up in person to ensure your food is fresh and hot. Unfortunately, the customer service experience during this delay wasn't what I’ve come to expect from this shop.
