  Typical spoiled behavior. 8/22/26 1454. The young girl upfront was talking to her friend on the phone or headset or herself. I came in happy and she was nasty. She will make you feel like you just ruined her day by walking in. This must be partially why the parking lot is always empty. Also, obvious that she runs that place. I’m sorry recruits that you have to deal with ugly customer service from the food courts on Lackland but I will do my best to help change that with every comment and phone call. Do better managers

  Yum, really good delivery time, it was 27min and 14 seconds for Paul to deliver my 59 bear claws or almond pastry’s

  I am not sure why people are so upset with this store, unless they come during the rush hour and expect the little store that is not busy except during lunch or BMT graduations to be staffed like a store that is next to your local Target in a busy strip mall without a restricted access. I think people should appreciate that the store stays open and they have food options in this location. I have never had to wait in the store as I always order ahead and give them 10-20 min to prep my food, which has always been well made and fresh. In fact, unlike the super busy stores, I've never had a bad salad at this location. I would say give them a try without hesitation, give yourself a little extra time when ordering or order ahead, and enjoy good food.

  Its plentiful seating areas--both inside & outdoors--is probably this Lackland AFB Panera's best feature. Both are inviting for chatting over a meal or snack or just for studying or reading. The outdoor tables in particular has cool lights that surround this well-kept area. Service seem to take 2x as long as most Paneras though. There weren't that many guests inside nor that many cars at their drive-thru. Got a drink and even that took awhile. Restrooms could do some cleaning too. But maybe they're short-staffed.

  Made several visits now and have never had a bad experience. I have always gone inside to order at the kiosk, and have received my food faster than any other Panera I’ve ever visited. There are a couple key employees who are regularly up at the front who are extremely kind and helpful. My food has always been fresh and neat. Great addition to the base!
