  Placed a mobile order, picked it up, and noticed they missed all the condiments, including cheese for pretzels, which it clearly says on the receipt i asked for 4 of them. When i let them know if like handfulm of ketchup and the 4 cheese cups, they start ringing me up and ask me if i want 4 cheeses even though i only ordered 2 pretzels. I find the question irrelevant. Then i get asked how many ketchups. At this point I'm annoyed. A handful!!!!! Then they proceed to charge me. I informed them i already paid on my phone. Lady tells me to just put my card in. At that point i just left. Never going to this location again. It's not the first time this cheese situation happens. I never get it, i finally remember to ask for cheese when ordering the pretzel or else theyll give you JUST the pretzel, they don't give it to me, i tell them, then they want to charge me again. I can't anymore.
