- IGIsabel Garcia5 days ago2.0I visited this McDonald’s today and was really disappointed with both the food and the customer service. My Filet-O-Fish sandwich was thrown together so carelessly that the tartar sauce was overflowing everywhere and made the sandwich extremely messy and unappetizing. I asked for extra tartar sauce, not the whole bottle dumped onto the sandwich. It looked like no effort was made to prepare it properly. On top of that, the female employee at the second window was very awkward and unfriendly during the interaction. There was no greeting, no smile, and the overall attitude made the experience uncomfortable. Customer service and food presentation both matter, and unfortunately this visit missed the mark on both.
