  Check your change when going through this location. The gentleman taking orders automatically rounded up to donate my change, not typically a big deal (I would’ve probably donated it) but he didn’t even ask me. When I asked him about it he was kind and apologized and said he would take the donation off but still handed me back the wrong change. I mentioned it at the next window (to a very kind lady) and they said this has been happening to other customers as well. Like I said not a big deal it was only a few Pennie’s I was missing but the fact that I wasn’t even asked and then still given the wrong change after he said he would fix it just dosent sit right. I understand it’s McDonald’s but when dealing with customers money they should be a bit more on top of these things.

  I visited this McDonald’s today and was really disappointed with both the food and the customer service. My Filet-O-Fish sandwich was thrown together so carelessly that the tartar sauce was overflowing everywhere and made the sandwich extremely messy and unappetizing. I asked for extra tartar sauce, not the whole bottle dumped onto the sandwich. It looked like no effort was made to prepare it properly. On top of that, the female employee at the second window was very awkward and unfriendly during the interaction. There was no greeting, no smile, and the overall attitude made the experience uncomfortable. Customer service and food presentation both matter, and unfortunately this visit missed the mark on both.

  Clean and nice inside. Playplace in good condition. Staff was very busy with drivethru so it took a moment when I had to go to the counter for an issue but it was rectified very quickly without drama. Very polite staff.
