  There’s always an issue at this location. It’s either getting my order wrong every other time I come or having to sit in the second drive-thru lane and listen to 3 other orders get taken before I have to drive up to the window and order there. Seems like this location gets paid to waste customers’ time. The night crew also usually have a terrible attitude and act like you’re inconveniencing them by coming to order late night. This is a pretty new store but they haven’t been able to get things right since day one.

  Received half of my order and half of someone else's, turned around to get the rest of my food and they took both bags and gave the car that was behind me the bag that I had received and gave me what I thought was my total order but didn't see until I got home that I was missing a large fry, all of my condiments, and napkins were also missing

  This McDonald's has the worst customer service. Don't order ahead if you expect your food to be ready when you get there. They let my husband know they don't start the order until you're there. What's the point in ordering ahead then? My husband's burger was cold so they told him they would remake it, and then gave him the same burger back, and it was still cold. If I were you I would drive a little further down to the location just on the other side of Center St. We never have issues with that one. We always have issues with this one, and we have talked to other people who have said the same.

  Got the order wrong. Waited longer than we should have. One of the employees had someone they knew (who obviously didn’t work there) yelling and cussing in front of my kids. Won’t be back. Someone in charge needs to fired. Unprofessional.
