  Got the order wrong. Waited longer than we should have. One of the employees had someone they knew (who obviously didn’t work there) yelling and cussing in front of my kids. Won’t be back. Someone in charge needs to fired. Unprofessional.

  After shopping at HEB for dinner I decided to go to McDonald's to pickup a quick dinner for my toddler and 3 drinks. 1 for my boyfriend. The other two were for my disabled parents. I ordered through the app and gave the attendant my code. The first attendant gave me my receipt and I went to the next window. At this time my fiance was driving. At the next window the attendant handed all four drinks saying what each of them was as he handed them to us with no drink carrier but then quickly provided one. We received the rest of our order and went home. When arriving home I realized my father's small coke zero looked a little light, and he's not only disabled but diabetic so he can't have regular coke. It was a regular coke and my mom's large drink was a coke zero. I dropped everyone off. Called the store and headed back up there. I explained on the phone and to the all of the attendants I spoke to what thr problem was and that I needed a small coke zero and a large coke. I EVEN OFFERED TO GIVE THEM THE RECEIPT TO LOOK OFF OF. They told me to pull forward to the last window and wait. Again as the attendant handed me my small drink I asked "this is a diet coke?" to which he said yes. Then as he handed me a large I asked "and this is a coke?" AND HE SAID YES and shut the window and walked away. Got home picked up the drinks and the large one looked dark. Guess what it was? A DIET COKE AGAIN!!! WILD. SO I called AGAIN and stated my problem AGAIN to the same gentleman I spoke to THE FIRST TIME, and he told me to ask for Thaiz. I get the drive through ask for Thaiz and was told to pull to the third window. I stopped at the first window again to make sure the attendant knew I was there... again to which she was also baffled. Then as I pulled up to get my drinks there's 2 or 3 extra people at the window looking at me and laughing because of how upset I am that I had to come through 3 times for a simple order. You could of sent my father to the hospital if I hadn't noticed that drink was light and was a coke it was even marked other for coke zero. Do better. Train your staff to read orders and make orders correctly. This isn't the first or second time this has happened to me at this location.

  Stuck in line for over 45 minutes and the line is hardly moving! Either work or shut down!!!
