  To be honest, the order taker seemed like that. Will you bothering her? And there wasn't but one other customer there, but then she even brought the food out to us which I thought was odd. In the hamburger was way over stuffed with lettuce and it made everything runny. And for some reason, it looked like the menu had changed. They didn't have the 12 and three orders they had smashed burgers.And that appeared to be the only thing they had.But I did find a number one.Hidden in there somewhere

  Waited 30 minutes for them to tell my family to pull forward to the window to order while they "caught up on orders". Halfway through my order she tells me they "cant add anything else to the order because they are still fetting caught up". There is nobody in line in front of us or at any carport spot... Im not spending 45 minutes in a drive thru only to get some kids dinner and not the others. What a joke. Worst experience at any fast food place ive ever had. Wasn't even a crazy huge order or anything. Almost an hour of my life wasted

  This place sucks they always have kids or people that just don't care working here I will not spend my money here anymore you can't call to complain the number doesn't work bad business its a franchise they need to do better especially using sonic name tried to talk to the GM Shannon got straight attitude from both employees SONIC YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5‑Star Review I recently visited my local Sonic and ordered a double smash burger along with a large banana shake with a few special options. My order was ready exactly when it was supposed to be, which was already a great start. When I arrived, the staff checked me in right away and asked me to come to the window. They verbally confirmed my order, greeted me with a genuine smile, and were extremely courteous and friendly throughout the entire interaction. Everything felt smooth, organized, and welcoming. The food was prepared correctly, the service was fast, and the employees made the experience feel personal and positive. I’m genuinely glad this location is my Sonic of choice — they consistently make it a great experience.

  If I could get zero stars, I would, I ordered through Uber eats and all the ice cream tasted spoiled.
