  Went up to the drive through, a man said “come to the window” so I went to the window and not a soul in sight. Waited over 5 minutes. Finally I honked my horn and STILL NO ONE!!!

  Was told to pull up to the window to order from the drive thru and waited 10-15 minutes without anyone coming to the window. Finally just left.

  Placed a mobile order that said would be ready around 6:05. Got there at 6. Checked in. It’s dinner time so they were a little busy. Around 6:15 I was kind of like okay where is my food? By 6:20, my food came out and it wasn’t hot. Wasn’t even warm. I don’t mind waiting for food but I figured it was because they were dropping new stuff in. My pretzel tasted so stale that it was almost crumbling apart but also hard as rocks at the same time. Decided to ask them to make me a fresh one and they did. Much better but still. My fries were cold but I didn’t want to bother with that. I really hope this isn’t the downfall of this location. Staff was really friendly though.

  Can’t really say much great about this location - both times I visited the drive through system was down and lead to over 45 minutes each time to get food (which was preordered through the app anyways). I feel like the staff was trying but that’s ridiculous for fast food and the fact that it happened for separate occasions makes me feel like management just doesn’t care to fix the issues

  Waited 25 mins for a blast (chocolate chip cookie dough) just to get vanilla ice cream with 12 pieces of pea size cookie dough on top none mixed in
