  Order 6 marinara and 3 ranch and 3 garlic sauce with my 3 pizzas and desserts and I got 6 garlic sauce. You may want to make sure the employees can read or just make sure they actually care while you are putting your order in. This is not the first time it happened. But it will be the last time I order. Because they are a big chain they don’t care about one customer so I just thought I would at least take the time to give my opinion

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut location. When I walked in, the restaurant was visibly dirty. The back door was wide open, there were gnats flying around, and there was trash on the floor, which made it feel unsanitary. To make matters worse, my online order showed as “ready,” but it took about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged or assisted me. After that, I still had to wait another 12 minutes for my food to actually be ready. The cleanliness, lack of customer service, and inaccurate order status made for a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

  Okay yall, this place is horrible. All I wanted was a person pan 🍕 pizza. First of all, I know the lady inside heard the bell 🔔 when I rolled over there black cord in the drive through and when I got to the windows, she continued ignoring me as if I was not even there. When she finally came to the windows I explained to her that I was new to the area and if I was suppose to come inside to place an order my apologies. Now remind you, she looked like she just woke up and anything going wrong in her life was everyones fault she ever came across. Wow! I place my order and when it was ready, she brought my food out to my vehicle. The food smelled good but was a joke frome hell. When I got home and opened that box, I was highly disappointed. I was already home and the Pizza Hut was too far for me to drive back over there this hot 🔥 blazing summer sun. The dough was very very thick and uncooked like gummy in the middle, there was enough sauce on it to have made a large 🍕 pizza and the sauce was literally pouring off the pizza. There was hardly any cheese on it and only 4 pepperoni on the entire pizza. Yall I have been fasting and said I would treat myself on the weekends and I was hungry and ready for pizza. This was suppose to be a PERSONAL PAN PIZZA. Listen up, save yourselves! Do not waste your time and money here. Letter on I found out that the lobby was locked because of a water leak and it was already going on weak 3 it has not been fixed. If I knew about the leak before I went and how long it has not been fixed, I would have gone somewhere else. Just imagine water still leaking in the building and the staff is tired of cleaning it up so now it smell mildew like. NEVER AGAIN, NEVER AGAIN!
