  When I entered no one was up front so I said “Hello”. No response. I did this twice more in a louder voice. Finally after I gave a loud yell “Hello is anyone here,” someone finally appeared from the back.

  Extremely rude front counter staff. (This person is new…Brown hair 40s lady.) I deliver for Uber and Tifs treats and every time I go there to pick up an order this woman is as rude as she can be. Snappy and condescending with a horrible attitude. As an Uber driver I NEVER come into a business with attitude. We are all just doing the best we can trying to make it. Do better lady!

  While visiting the restaurant I notice one of the managers being very rude to the emplyees.I later found out the managers name Rhian.This spoiled my appetite, so I left to spend my money else where

  I ordered online and had my fiancé pick up the order. He waited 30 to get to the pickup window and once he got to the window, the employee said they had to remake our pasta for whatever reason. He waited another 20 minutes until he finally decided to tap on the window. He asked how much longer for the pasta and the employee said, “Oh here it is.” Who knows how long it was just sitting there. He got home and all the food was cold and disgusting. The bbq wing sauce was so thick from how cold they were, the pasta was watery and cold, AND they gave me hand tossed pizza instead of my pan pizza. Everything was absolutely disgusting. I called the store and waited on hold for 20 min and nobody can pick up the phone. I called again and decided to go another route where the automated system “escalated my call.” I waited another 15 minutes until I got an answer from the escalation team. Not even she can get a hold of the store again after multiple attempts!! My advice, do not waste your time and money at this Pizza Hut. Instead, go to Papa John’s or Little Caesar’s that are 1 minute away or take that 15 minutes drive to Dominoes.

  Tonight I ordered pizza, 8:20pm. Waited until 8:50pm just to get the window and waited another 10 mins for the pizza. The lady told me they have to remake my pasta, waited another 20 mins for that. Got home and it’s all cold and nasty and they got my order wrong. Called and nobody will answer after ANOTHER 20 mins on hold. Will be asking for a refund.
