  It was my first time trying this place and I got attended by a lady with the most beautiful eyes I ever seen and the treatment out of this world not forgetting the drink is the best thing I ever had I work in the construction next to the place and that Red Bull lemonade just hits amazing I’ll be sure to leave a good tip for everybody next time I go

  I noticed after coming here several times there is this unspoken bias or classism that occurs with some workers. If I happen to come after working all day in my small business work car versus being dressed up in my personal macan turbo, there is a difference in service being received. When in my work vehicle I am never handed the kiosk to sign or provide a tip and my order is taken from the podium (with attitude) instead of at my car window (with a small. There is this dismissive presence and I’m not liking it, because what the need to know is I started in the service industry and I now run my own company. I would never tolerate this behavior from any of my employees. Do better, I always tip my service people because I’ve been on the other side. Never assume that a person not looking their best is not an angel in disguise. When you took my order today I just came from prepping meals all night to be sent to Colombia due to the earthquake and I needed a nice drink.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this 7 Brew . The customer service was unprofessional from the moment we arrived they were laughing looking at who was in the car talking about us running in and out of the stand talking about us. Several employees were rude, made us feel unwelcome, and were making comments about our car, which was completely inappropriate. When I politely asked if I could park in the guest parking area so I could enjoy my drink, I was immediately told no and that I needed to leave, without any explanation or courtesy. The situation escalated to the point where employees were threatening to call the police, even though we were simply trying to enjoy our purchase. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a coffee stand. Customer service should make people feel welcome, not judged or harassed. I hope management addresses the staff’s professionalism and how they treat paying customers. The 7 brew la marque morning shift 7/16/26.
