  I just want to say my first experience today was my absolute best experience. And I never caught the young lady's name in the Drive-Thru she had blonde hair. She helped me choose out my first drink and it was absolutely delicious. She was super sweet and I've been depressed lately and when I say her kind words , her energy and spirit really brightened up my day. She made me feel like family literally in less than 5 minutes. And honestly I will definitely be back all the time hopefully to have her assist with my drinks I really wish I had got her name but if she sees this review thank you so much for making my day

  Worst experience ever. We sat in the rain with the windows down waiting for someone to come back to take our payment after they took our order abd left! We had to call over one of the girls who was goofing off with the other girls to ASK to pay to move ahead in the line. We finally moved up to the windows and waited forever while we watched one girl make ALL the drinks and another girl (ponytail, blonde/reddish hair) leaning against the counter, sipping her own drink, grabbing away!! There were multiple cars in the line!! Finally they delivered two iced drinks (one was supposed to be hot). We called them back out and they made the hot coffee with NO CREAM! We called them back out again and she snapped back "yes, there is cream in there." (It eas obvious by looking at the coffee there was no cream) She finally brought some cream. Then we had to call them out again for a straw!! Totally goofball teens, drinking their own drinks, being on their phone, and totally incompetent. Went by May 1st.

  everytime i come to this one the workers have a attitude and they seem annoyed to re make a drink they messed up i like i the one by baybrook better

  The slowest location I have ever been to. The lines never move & I’ve never had a friendly experience. Each time I’ve felt like an inconvenience & my drink is always watered down.
