Extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I placed my order in advance through the McDonald’s app specifically for convenience and time efficiency for my family. I ordered a frappe using my McDonald’s points and an egg for my child.
We intentionally chose not to use curbside pickup because we have noticed that curbside orders at this location are now regularly taking 20 minutes or more to be brought out. We chose the drive-thru instead, expecting it to be the more efficient option.
When I arrived, I confirmed my mobile order at the drive-thru speaker and was told to pull forward. From the time I confirmed the order at the speaker until I reached the first window, more than 20 minutes had passed.
Only when I finally reached the first window was I informed that the frappe was unavailable. Considering the order had already been placed through the app and then confirmed at the speaker, I do not understand why I wasn't told at the speaker that the frappe was unavailable. Instead, I waited more than 20 minutes before being informed that they could not fulfill the main item in my order.
At that point, I requested a refund because after waiting that long, I no longer wanted anything from the restaurant. I was refunded for the egg, but the points I redeemed for the frappe were not returned.
I do want to recognize the cashier who assisted me at the first window. She was very polite and professional and genuinely tried to resolve the situation by offering alternatives. My dissatisfaction is not with her service.
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience at this location. There consistently seems to be a serious issue with efficiency and time management. Items are frequently unavailable, orders take an excessive amount of time, and customers are regularly asked to pull forward, park, or wait at another window. There have also been occasions when drinks were already melted by the time they were provided.
While I was waiting for my refund, I noticed the vehicle ahead of me was still waiting at the second window after the other vehicles had already left. They ultimately appeared to receive only two bottled waters and a coffee, despite also having waited for an extended period.
I understand restaurants get busy and items sometimes become unavailable. However, when customers use the mobile app and place their orders in advance, part of the expectation is greater convenience and efficiency. When curbside routinely takes 20 minutes or more and the drive-thru takes more than 20 minutes just to reach the first window, customers are left with no efficient pickup option.
Waiting more than 20 minutes after confirming an already-placed mobile order, only to then be told that an item was unavailable, defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
This location needs to seriously address its drive-thru and curbside wait times, communication, order fulfillment, inventory availability, and overall time management. This has become a consistent issue rather than an occasional inconvenience.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s. According to your posted hours, this location is open 24 hours. However, at approximately 12:00 a.m. on 08/02, there were at least five vehicles in the drive-thru line that were turned away.
As I approached the drive-thru window, it was open and I could see employees inside. I asked the employee, “Are you closed?” She simply replied, “Yes.” I responded that the restaurant is supposed to be open 24/7, and she repeated, “We’re closed,” before immediately shutting the window without any further explanation.
There were employees inside the restaurant, the lights were on, and several vehicles were parked outside. There were no signs posted indicating the restaurant was closed or experiencing an issue. Instead, orange traffic cones had been placed to block the drive-thru lanes. From what I observed, employees appeared to be standing around talking while customers were being turned away.
I would appreciate if management could review what occurred during the midnight shift on 08/02. This experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and not what customers should expect from a location advertised as operating 24 hours.
I arrived at 12:05 am to order food because McDonalds is open 24/7 yet the employees put cones blocking the drive thru ordering to where you have to drive to pick up and then they say that they close at 12. 3 female employees at the window, all appeared to just be gossiping. McDonald’s is 24/7. If they were closed why where employees just standing there?
Obviously they lied, the date was August 1 2026 short after midnight for reference. If the employees working that night clocked a “full shift” then they stole from company time as they denied me and my family and multiple other vehicles as well because they claimed to be “closed”
The drive through was closed with cones on both drive throughs and went to the windows juat in case to verify if it was open but just saw the workers huddled in the back talking :/ my family was really looking forward for a snack from fishing i dont think its 24 hr ?
