- MSMatilda SelveraAug 11, 20261.0This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Even when you prepay, picking up a prescription is still a hassle. One pharmacist tells you one thing, and the next tells you something completely different.Most recently, I picked up a prescription and the prescription bottle itself was not properly closed. When I opened the brown pharmacy bag at home, the medication spilled out onto my bathroom floor. After picking everything up, I realized I could not account for the full quantity listed on my prescription.I’ve never had something like this happen, and it seems like a serious safety concern. Had this happened to an elderly person who depends on every dose of their medication, they may not have realized pills were missing from the bottle or still somewhere inside the bag. Between the inconsistent information from staff and now receiving a prescription bottle that was not properly secured, the entire experience has been extremely off-putting and concerning.

I used to show up right at 6am and I was always watching my phone tick over to 6:03 or 6:04 before they would open the door. Sounds like a small issue, but I'm not the only one that was waiting every morning and it messed with my schedule so I had to start going elsewhere on the way to work.
