She then said “i hate you” and walked away. I was in shock, i confronted her and she denied it, arguing with me saying she didn’t say that when i know i heard it. I asked for the manager and she hesitated, asked again and she got him. i told him what happened and he said sorry and that is was a misunderstanding. Anyway, we didn’t order. Absolutely terrible.

If we order pickup to go, they’ve DUMPED the seasoning on the fries to the point that we can’t eat them and need to call to get a refund. When we order for delivery, they don’t send straws with the two sodas they’ve sent. The phone girls are consistently horrible. They’re rude, dumb, and do not know any basic human form of customer service. One time, she asked for the name on the order and when we gave it to her, it took literally a full minute for her to respond or say anything. She finally said “okay what can I get you” and when I chuckled she said “what? Did I ask you that already?”. It literally made no sense until we walked in and saw both counter people on their phones while taking orders on the phone. This location is awful. Skip if you can, south Austin is close by

My order comes out hot freash and on time. Even if I have to wait additional I do not mind because its worth it. I hope Wingstop gives bonuses this staff deserves it.

Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
