  We had a a great experience eating here before doing our grocery shopping! The chicken tenders here are amazingly tender, hands down THE BEST! The assistant manager, Ben, was extremely attentive and, we believe, genuinely cared that we were satisfied! Oh…and let’s talk about the Biscoff vanilla pudding…a MUST try!!! Great food, even better service! Highly recommend!

  Ordered tenders, bbq dip, and okra. Received tender sandwich, ranch dip, and okra. Wish i had just gone to chik fil a- it's cheaper, better, and the order is right

  The food has been consistent with being poor quality, and taste. Today i tried the new Korean Ribs. And while the meat itself tastes fine, the sauce on it is very strange. I think theres some kind of strange ingredients in it but it’s giving me some hardcore bloating and i’m feeling a little sick.. The picture shown is legit how much i ate. The other problem is they cooked the ribs before the okra and the ribs where luke warm while the okra was very hot. I’ve tried a few different locations and its all relatively the same. It tastes like junk food. I feel like i ate junk food. And for something thats supposed to be heavy meats, i shouldn’t be feeling like this. Its on par with a rudys but even i think rudys is a better choice. I had to stop after a few bites just because of how sick i feel.. i wouldn’t recommend.

  Manager Ben and his team are going above and beyond to make HEB KYLE Tx. “ True Texas BBQ “ Restaurant, What Charles Butt intended to bring to his fellow Texans,, Real authentic genuine service that only compliments the perfect food that God intended man to eat. Only this time it’s cooked for hours at a time, to make it “ TrueTexas BBQ “. Once again Mr. Charles has brought another great experience and service to the great people of Texas,, and countless meaningful jobs. All Mgr. Ben’s true service employees were well worth there training and dedication to make the patrons of KYLE TX. Feel just as important as their Authentic BBQ. Paul big boy service employee was excellent in welcoming me.
