  We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the establishment by Gerald the lead and Yianni was excellent on filling up my beer no foam at all. Another excellent person was Maribelle, she offered to help me place my order right away. She was very helpful and did a great job explaining everything in detail since it was our first time dinning in. Kuddos to everyone , nobody else does it better than MY HEB👏👏👍👍❤️

  I was there on Sunday "Mothers Day" spent $65 they for got my burnt ends. I called once I discovered the missing item. Spoke to Yianni. He was very apologetic and offered to replace my item on my next visit. Went back there today Tuesday 8:45pm. Belle helped me, very professional and quick. Gianni came up and remembered my callin on Sunday. Yianni and Belle was outstanding in every way. Professional, great guest service and really focused on delivering great QSC! Kudos to the person who hired them. I'm a multi unit quick service restaurant owner. What I saw tonight impressed me. Great job and I'll be back....

  Very Good! We were pleasantly surprised and got the Party Pack for 6 To-Go with beans, coleslaw, potato salad & macaroni and cheese. We also added collard greens and cream corn. The brisket and turkey was excellent with the sausage being 'OK' (could have used a better sausage brand with more BBQ flavor or a jalapeño cheese sausage). Will definitely be ordering more in the future and is better than Rudy's and brisket is right up there with Terry Black's.

  Ordered the lamb pita. The pita was a bit tough. Good flavor on the lamb. Dipping sauce was nice. The sausage was ok but not something that I would come back for. Mac and cheese good. Beans good. Could have more flavor. Fatty brisket comparable to Rudy’s which I think is delicious. Banana pudding tastes solid like creamy banana. The restaurant is loud and the ordering kiosks were awful and time consuming. I was wondering why the line was so long in the restaurant. I probably won’t come back. Prefer Rudy’s atmosphere and humans taking my order.

  Hey Kyle. I know you just opened and are adjusting, getting settled in and because of that a long wait is understandable. It would be really helpful though however if the manager who was talking to everyone in line could keep everyone updated on what you’ve run out of as to not waste someone’s time, waiting in that long line for 30-40 minutes only to get up to the front and find out you are out of everything we wanted. Really disappointed with our first experience.
