  This is the second time this location has failed to prepare my order correctly, and it demonstrates an unacceptable lack of attention to detail. I ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza, but it was prepared with chicken instead. I didn’t discover the mistake until I arrived home after picking up the order. Fortunately, I noticed it before taking a bite. This is not a minor mistake. When a customer specifically orders a vegetarian item, serving meat instead reflects a serious failure in order verification and food handling. Errors like this can have significant consequences for customers with dietary restrictions, religious beliefs, ethical choices, or food allergies. A restaurant has a responsibility to ensure that every order is prepared accurately and verified before it is handed to the customer. The fact that this has happened twice at the same location suggests deficiencies in staff training, quality control, or both. I expect much better from a business that serves the public. Until this location demonstrates that it can consistently prepare orders correctly and implement proper quality checks, I cannot recommend it.

  Not like the original. Somehow manages to get every taco to taste like a Ham and Cheese Hotpocket. Save your money.

  I have visited many taco bell's across the country, and this is consistently the worse store I've had the displeasure of ordering from. Whenever we order drive-thu, our order is consistently wrong. If you make any changes to order items, you will never get the modifications. I constantly get ground beef instead of steak, beans are left on when I asked for them to be removed, and potatoes are randomly added to burritos which I can only assume are meant for another person's burrito that ALSO got completely messed up. Taco Bell is too expensive for this shop to be making this many mistakes. If I paid extra for steak, I want steak. There is no way for the restaurant to provide refunds either, you have to go through their corporate on the app, and that ALSO never works. I have never received a refund from taco bell for messed up orders. Avoid this location at all costs.
