  This is the problem with taking an icon item off the menu. I just went with my 2 kids to get a (original #3, then #5) super sonic bacon double cheeseburger, but since it is not on the menu anymore I had to get a super sonic double cheeseburger and had to add bacon. I got the burger, which is fine, but I didn't get the bacon (but I was charged) and had literally just a couple strings of lettuce on only a quarter of the burger. Come on people, this is not rocket science, it wasn't even busy, maybe like 3 other cars besides me. Also, the car hopper comes up without a greeding or a verification of my order, just hand me the bags and I had to catch her before she left cuz we don't get offered any ketchup anymore. I was there today on a Sunday around 6:30pm. By the way, this is the first review I have ever posted anywhere at all, but it is just so disappointing that these type of issues has been more and more common now a days. Please fast food employees, do better! Most of us has gone through these type of jobs before and I know what we're asking for is nothing out of this planet. Aim for greatness and be the best you can at your job, and you will always be a good worker no matter where you go.

  This is the best Sonic in the area by far. Mordecai did a fantastic job helping me after a complete fail of an order being filled at the Buda location. I have never had an order come out wrong. In comparison, on my last order the Buda location only got 2 of 6 items correct and left one part of the order off completely. Employees like Mordecai and the other employees at this location are the MVPs!

  Best place for drinks on a hot day but the food has always been mediocre and way too greasy at all locations.

  Really disappointing experience at this Sonic location. I ordered a sweet tea but was originally given unsweetened tea instead. I asked at the drive through window for them to correct it, and they remade the tea right there while I watched. The "corrected" tea came out tasting like straight sugar water, way too sweet with almost no color, clearly not made right. I had to go back a second time and ask for a different drink entirely. Two attempts and neither one was right. Service overall felt careless and rushed.
