  I've ordered online from Pizza Hut for years and have never had an issue until this location. I placed and prepaid for an online carryout order, received confirmation emails and a notification that my order was ready, but when I arrived I was told the store never received my order. The employees told me this sometimes happens with online orders and assured me the original charge would simply drop off. Because I still needed the pizzas, I had to purchase the exact same order again, leaving me paying nearly $90 for three pizzas. I understand that mistakes happen, but what was most frustrating was that no one seemed able to fix the mistake. What should have been a simple refund turned into weeks of chats, phone calls, an escalation to upper management, and even driving back to the store because no one could resolve the issue. After all of that, the only response I received was that there had only been one charge at the store, despite my credit card showing two separate posted transactions. Based on my experience, I would avoid ordering online from this location. If something goes wrong, be prepared to spend weeks trying to get answers with no clear resolution.

  It's a carry out delivery place only so not much atmosphere to speak about. It's Pizza Hut.

  No one out pizzas the hut like this location - best pizza in town.

  It is just for pickup but they are fast and the food is good.
