- YYyessieJul 11, 20261.0I don't leave reviews because I feel it's embarrassing but I placed an order and within a minute of me placing it I realized I had the wrong address and I called to change it. I quickly called to talk to the manager and she said she was just going to void the order because they had already started making it. It was less than a minute of me placing it... so then I asked how to order it again and she hung up on me. Not cool papa John's

I gave back the whole pizza and still she was running her mouth blabbering to her peers in the back. I kindly rejected. But it was still hurting her feelings.

I asked for well done so I expect some browning not almost BLACK, even the cheese on the pizza has VERY big dark brown spots like it was legit BURNT. Called up there and the girl on the phone LIED straight to my face telling me she wouldn't have served it like that but she didn't even look at it as she was cleaning the store and the other male working cut the pizza and boxed it up and everything.. Then proceeded to say there was nothing she could do and that I could get my money back didn't even offer to remake it or ANYTHING. IM DONE ORDERING FROM HERE. I only did it because it was convenient but now Buda will get my business.
