  The food was hot and fresh. The service could use more training. There is no one at the counter when you need a refill or napkins or straws. Employees will look right past you and ignore you

  Checked on Google for their hours before arriving. Google showed the lobby was open 24 hours. We arrived 11:55pm. Several other people tried to come in just after midnight. They were rudely told by the manager, the lobby was closed. I approach, the manager and showed her that Google was showing the lobby to be open 24 hours. There was no need for the manager to be rude and treat me like I am stupid. This isn't the 1st time I have been tothis restaurant and they have been rude. Probably my last time to come here.

  I visited this McDonald's to pick up an Uber Eats order, and upon entering, a young man and a young lady took some time to greet me, but the young man eventually responded, "Do you need help?" Not "How may I help you?" Had I responded directly to his question, things could have gotten misconstrued. Whenever I'm here with my family, the service and food are fine, but customer service obviously isn't this young man's strong suit. Adding insult to injury, the gentleman eventually grabbed the food that was already prepared but dropped it at the very end of the counter, forcing me to walk to him, where I smiled and said, "Thank you." If my life were as miserable as this young man's, I would've taken his disgusting energy and attitude personally and addressed it at the point of infliction. I'll be praying for him and your establishment.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service, extremely rude. I ordered a McFlurry on the app, go the speaker they pull me to the window. Wait 10 mins to get to the window just to me told they decided not to make my McFlurry. Never before experienced suck disrespect to waste someone’s time like that let alone be rude for no reason. Two ladies were working one named adulfia get a new night crew pls.

  Apparently if you show up at 4 am they will refuse to take orders and tell you to cancel your online order and refuse to make it because their system is down. Guy says it happens every night around this time and wanted me to wait my whole lunch break for my food. Ive never had any issues like this with the AM staff. But the overnight crew do not like their jobs and it shows. There are only so many places open at this time and i just wanted some food. This is the second time ive had such a shitty experience from the night staff. Why is a business accepting online orders if their system is closed? If this happens every day at the same time then close the store for an hour and stop lying by saying you are 24/7
