    I was here around 9:30pm 07/03/2026 and I witnessed the front end manager “Sara!” (As what was on her name tag) being rude not only to a customer that was having a transaction issue but also to her employees a bagger and a cashier helping the customer which caused an unsettling environment for everyone involved. I am disappointed in the poor customer service that was given to the young ladies that were only trying to get their issue resolved. I don’t understand how heb can be prideful in their company but not properly train their employees a FRONT END MANAGER at that to keep their composure during customer service problem solving. “SARA!” Do better! You’re not a good “manager” for the company.

    It's the biggest HEB I've ever seen. They even had a girl on a scooter to go up and down the tills to find the vacant ones. And that's besides they had my favourite Guinness and Carlsberg right next to each other. You hardly ever see Carlsberg in HEB. In fact I think this is the first time ever. Every time I go to this H-E-B, it takes me for ages to get around because it's that big.

    I placed a curbside order last night to pick today and they were out of most of the things I ordered and they either didn’t select any sub at all, or they chose terrible sub options. I just cancelled the whole thing because why is your inventory not accurate at all the literal next day…? I doubt the 9 lb bag of pork tenderloin was flying off the shelves today…. Smh

    I was missing an entire bag of groceries (deli items) from my curbside order om 6/8/2026. I called and wanted the items delivered since HEB made the mistake, not me. They said they wouldn't do that. Then they said they'd set it up to be picked up the next day (today) at 4:30 (a time and date that I chose). The manager of the store also said my items would be refunded for the time and trouble of having to go back to HEB. When I called curbside this morning to verify, the person told me the re-shop order was not in the computer. She supposedly put the order in for today at 4:30. I also have not been reimbursed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Then I get a response to call a number and they told me to call the store. What good is that going to do? I have already called curbside several times and the manager even called me, last evening. I have still not been reimbursed for my time and trouble.
