- SSsyring4 days ago1.0Don't shop here if you want to be in a cool, air conditioned place. I always shop here, I used to love the store, but for the last month, it has been really hot in there. The kind of hot where I was going to pass out. Not in the produce section, but the whole other side. When I inquired about this to several employees, they agreed it was hot, and all 3 of them said one or more a/c units had been out for 6 weeks, and they had not been repaired. Really HEB? To put your customers and employees through that, shame on you.
- SCSophie Cane5 days ago1.0My friend and I were just in here and some lady had a regular dog in the store. It barked and was jumping at people out of excitement. If you're so unstable that you can't grocery shop without your pet (it did not have a service vest nor was it trained) then maybe you should use curb side or any of the other vast options the big 2026 offers so you don't have to leave the house. Super disgusting.

The employees are friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure customers have a great experience. The produce and meat departments are especially impressive, and I appreciate the quality and variety throughout the store. H-E-B continues to be my go-to grocery store in Kyle. Highly recommend!
- SSSAug 16, 20265.0This store reminds me of Wegmans but with lower food pricing for ready to eat plates. I really wanted to try these plates but already ate at their True Texas BBQ. I did buy a slice of cake and it was truly a slice of heaven for a reasonable price. My son moved to Texas last year and says H-E-B is amazing and now I understand why!
