  I have a high regard for this particular store. It appears to stock a wide variety of groceries and also provides excellent plants at a reasonable cost. It is undoubtedly a fine establishment for shopping.

  DON’T TRY TO ORDER A WEDDING CAKE HERE! I am beyond disappointed with my experience at H-E-B, especially considering how important and time-sensitive a wedding cake order is. Two weeks ago, I visited this location specifically to inquire about ordering a wedding cake. I spoke directly with a baker, who scheduled me for a consultation at 2 PM two weeks later. Fast forward to today: I arrived at my scheduled appointment, only to be met with confusion. The employees seemed completely unaware of my appointment and told me that all the bakers leave at 2 PM, so they had no idea why anyone would have scheduled me for that time in the first place. To make matters worse, I was then informed that they only accept ONE wedding cake order per week and that my wedding date was already booked. So not only was my appointment scheduled at a time when no baker would be available, but I had also waited TWO WEEKS for an appointment that was completely pointless because they couldn’t accommodate my wedding date anyway! I asked for additional information about other H-E-B locations that might be able to take my order and what could be done to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, I was left without any meaningful assistance or resolution. Nor were they the slightest bit apologetic. Literally acted like they could care less. I was also planning on putting a big order for catering cocktail hour, definitely won’t be doing that now. My wedding is now less than a month away, and because of this complete lack of communication and organization, I am scrambling to find a wedding cake AND COCKTAIL CATERING. Had someone communicated their availability when I first visited, I could have spent those two weeks finding another bakery instead of wasting valuable time. I have always trusted H-E-B, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Weddings require extensive planning, and businesses offering wedding services should understand how important it is to communicate clearly and honor appointments. This was incredibly unprofessional, frustrating, and completely avoidable. H-E-B seriously dropped the ball, and this experience has significantly damaged my trust in a company I’ve always held in high regard. If you’re planning a wedding, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your cake. I would hate for another couple to be put in this position just weeks before their big day.

  Even tho it was raining very very bad last night they still had drivers delivery our food even if it was 2 hours late we still got our items i want to thank you very much for your hard work

  I absolutely love H-E-B in Kyle! I was especially impressed by the wonderful variety of Indian foods, spices, and masalas available. I can find everything I need for a regular home-cooked meal, all in one place. It’s convenient, well-stocked, and makes grocery shopping so enjoyable. I had to travel to Austin before for an indian grocery store. I’m so glad to have H-E-B in Kyle!

  I love this H-E-B! The kindly gentleman jayden I believe he was a service lead he was super generous on helping me find many of the products that I needed and I also had trouble unloading some items from my cart onto the belt because I’m 6 months pregnant and he was super kind enough to help me unload the cart!! At the end of the day I believe that this gentleman is a great leader and I see a future for him and I hope he continues to be the sweetest person ever!! This is what great leadership is and he needs to be recognized for what he does for us costumers and the company.
