Waited in drive thru for 20 mins just for the drink to be a little wrong. They need a better system for operating the drive thru line when it's busy. Someone needs to be running drinks out.

Closers were so sweet. I had a late night and needed a caffeine boost, I didn't catch their names but both were very fun to talk to. Will be coming back when I'm in town :)

Stopped by for a mobile order placed at 10:56 and asked about it at the “ready time” or 11:01am. They said they will call me when it’s ready. Waited until 11:20, with people who ordered after me getting their orders. Go up to ask, and it had been sitting there getting warm. Great stuff guys. This is the one Dutch bros I go to that always takes forever. They have 2 people working and 6 people dancing and singing. Do we hire cheerleaders? I’m really surprised. The one in Houston got you in and out.

Really nice people and delicious drinks, but this is the slowest Dutch Bros. I've ever been to. In the morning, prepare to wait 10-15 or even 20 mins passed your pick up time for your order. I wish I could say this was a one time occurrence, but it has happened to me multiple times already. Just a heads up to those on their way to work or school.

Stop with the forcing of tips. I've been coming to this location for a while. I pay first and the employee ask me if I want to tip. Today the young try to force me to tip before I pay. Other than the constant force tip service is always great andso is tge drinks and enough with the personal questions. I want my drink and go. I don't have a problem with the young women that work there it's the guys that's is super annoying and gives me the problems asking a bunch of personal questions.
