    Good drinks, though my rebel drink just tasted only of redbull and none of the syrups, that's probably more of a thing on my end since I haven't had dutchbros in forever. The other drink I got for a friend they enjoyed.

    Multiple times has my order been ready, but not given until I asked a second time for it. So don't bother ordering ahead, once your there the wait time becomes another 15 to 20 mins, for a now watered down drink that was just was not looked for. Same thing happened to the woman before me that was also picking up an ordered drink. I've reached out to the customer feedback link I see the owner sharing, but at this point I'm posting my experiences and not returning. No free drink necessary.

    I recently ordered dutch bro’s and ended up liking their drinks. But sometimes it took them time, it’s say ready 10:27 but when I get here I spend waiting almost 30minutes on a 5 lines drive thru. It’s frustrating! Please do something

    Yesterday I went to Dutch bros everything was fine lady took my order told her a small and everything was great . I get up to the window and lady hands me a medium drink mind u I never have problems at this Dutch bros but apparently maybe the lady had a bad day I don’t know . She said ok let me take it back and she takes it then tells me you be fine and saying do I really need a small after I continue to ask for the size I ordered. Horrible service and she tells me well go pour it out and I’ll give u your small . She also tried arguing with me. I asked for a manager and she said I’m the manager. Well she not a good one if yall gonna staff people or make them managers make sure the professional also they use to give me the drink bc necessary they aren’t supposed to take them but she didn’t wanna give me a small anyways .. get better at service

    I tried Dutch bros for the first time last month and Amada took my order. She is a awesome, with a great attitude! Been back a couple more times and got Amada again, shes still doing a great job! Thank you for great customer service that makes me want to keep coming back.
