  Good customer service. I tried their flavored tea and coffee, and they were decent, but nothing too special. The iced Americano tasted watery to me. For coffee, I still prefer Summer Moon Coffee.

  This location always pre closes their oven and their mixers. They turn the store lights off an hour before close and have one of their crew members drive their car in the lane to block other cars the last 20 minutes so they don’t have to serve the rest of the people in line once it hits close time

  This location is the absolute worst for order ahead and seems to only get worse. How is it that you can order 10-15 minutes ahead of arriving to the shop and still wait in line for 20-30 minutes because when you show up, they tell you that they’re gonna start working on your order? If they are doing that for everybody, it just compounds and you end up sitting in the drive-through. They do not utilize the 3rd lane for online ordering which should make the most sense. I will drive further out of my way to visit other locations due to the amount of time you waste sitting here. If the location cannot handle the addition of the order ahead, it should just be turned off.

  I really want to like this location, and I’m usually pretty patient with coffee runs, but the management here is making it impossible. I understand that being a popular spot in Kyle means it’s going to be busy—that’s expected. However, the current wait times aren't just a result of high demand; they are a direct result of poor operational choices. The Issues: • Understaffed: There clearly aren't enough workers to handle the sheer volume of both the drive-thru and walk-up windows simultaneously. • Online Order Backup: They keep the "Order Ahead" feature turned on even when they are completely slammed. This creates a massive "phantom" line that the people standing at the window can’t see until they realize they’ve been waiting 25 minutes for a Rebel. • Inaccurate Wait Times: The app does not adjust the "ready in" times to reflect the actual reality on the ground. It’ll tell you 5–10 minutes, but you’ll end up standing in a mass of frustrated people for 30. It’s frustrating to watch the staff hustle while the system itself sets them up for failure. Until they learn to throttle online orders or staff up properly during peak hours, be prepared for a major wait. Usually love Dutch Bros, but this specific spot is a headache right now.
