  Vanessa was awesome and gave my partner and I amazing hospitality. The last few times I have come it was a hit or miss on food portions/quality however being greeted and having Vanessa go above and beyond to ensure we had a better experience meant so much and has made this my favorite location so far. We appreciate your hospitality Vanessa! Will definitely be back!

  This was my first time here and the food was so good but the service was super underwhelming. The restaurant was pretty empty upon our arrival and we were the only ones at the counter to order. The employee helping us out seemed annoyed by us ordering and kept throwing our bowl over to the next station and just had a bad attitude. I understand having a bad day at work or not wanting to be there but it’s not my fault, I just wanted to get some food 😭

  Me and my friend tried Cava for the first time ever at this location, it is definitely a new favorite spot. Loved the team, they were very helpful and kind with it being our first time there:)

  You know I never do any reviews but I love cava more than chipotle it’s so much better and healthier after my doctor told me to eat more healthy and start worrying about my weight but I do love cava so much more and I will say the place was really cleaned all the staff were so helpful on what to get and I try new stuff all the time no complaints here thank yall so much cava

  I’ve tried giving this place so many chances, literally. The employees HATE working and helping customers out to say the least. *sigh* If you order online expect to have missing items and to be ignored at the window. If you go inside you’ll be greeted with an attitude, especially from one specific employee who literally just says “gotcha” after everything you say/ask for. I will not reach out to any customer service email as I’ve reached out before and service is still trash. The only positive is that the food is good, 5/5 for those doing the cooking!
