  Food is decent but overpriced for the portions, service is terrible, online system is not customer friendly, nor is the drive through. Over priced food with terrible customer service

  Service is terrible here.. workers don’t want to work, don’t know what’s going on, wait time is horrendous, it’s fast food for convenience but the food ain’t fast and to be a customer is a inconvenience to the establishment. Then close down

  Have only been to Cava a handful of times but had never ordered kids plates. JoJo was friendly and patient and walked me through the process without making me feel rushed. I appreciated her service. I would recommend this particular establishment.

  Went with my friend, the person who was serving us was very dismissive and a bit rude and seemed annoyed to have to serve us. Then, when we received our bowls my friends were full and mine was barely half full, she gave me very little rice, greens, and toppings. I ultimately don’t mind the quality of service we got but the fact that I just paid almost $20 for a barely filled bowl is pretty frustrating.

  My family and I always have a great experience with Cava Kyle. The food has always been been solid regarding flavor, and the portions served have always been good. The staff has also been one of the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered in regards to our local restaurants, especially Corinne, who was very helpful and patient with all my questions today (I hope I spelt her name correctly). Big thank you Cava for always being a solid business in the Kyle area!
