  After 25 minutes of waiting for two tacos, and watching them clear the drive through several times over while I was in the lobby I left without anything. They had 4 people, very vocal amongst themselves about being short staffed, and also vocal about not following the order of which orders were placed. The only person that knew what they were doing in a restaurant was the girl running the drive through, and that is why the drive through was moving as she actually was communicating her needs and the “manager” not sure how he got the position was certainly not managing. It’s a basic thing to serve people in order, and if they were slammed I would not have an ounce of trouble waiting. They were not, and the person in charge was the one messing up the show. He does not belong in charge. Ridiculous to place someone in charge that cannot lead! Promote the girl running the drive through because she gets it done! Either way I definitely will not be back, and honestly NBL.

  I ordered a chicken cantina burrito and they gave me a chicken quesadilla. And I originally wasn’t going to complain but my entire order was insanely wrong. I got the Doritos locos tacos all the way…WITHOUT CHEESE, and I open them and see a small sliver of meat with cheese on top… I’m so sad

  Our New Bell is worthless. I have been there maybe 10 times since it opened, and not a single time have they gotten my whole order correct. The manager has zero common sense. 200 is now enough characters on your app is not enough. This screw up I got a to-go order of a pizza and 2 cantina tacos w/ extra meet I got home and there was very little meat and all vegetables. On the kiosk it asks it asks how many and what type of sauce and they NEVER put them in the bag when I had to go back up there to have them remake my order I asked the manager about the sauces and she said you get that yourself on a takeout order we never put the sauces in the bag. That has a common sense score of 0. Why would corporate spend the time and money to program that in the kiosk so they can track products if you're not intended to use it. The whole store needs to be retrained how to make food and properly fulfill an order. And there is nothing fast about your fast food .

  I rarely leave negative reviews anywhere but I think it’s important for management to know that I’ve visited 4 times since yall opened and 3 of those times I’ve had missing items.

  The food tasted like its been sitting for hours and almost stale. Dont know how that happens when I was waiting for more the 15 mibs for my food to come out. Horrible taco bell. Won't come back till some serious changes happen.
