Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- KKKayAug 16, 20261.0HORRIBLE experience. I went in and waited 10 minutes just to even be acknowledged and waited another 5 minutes to get my order taken because the managers kept flirting with eachother. Completely unacceptable and this store has gone downhill over the past few weeks. I have been a regular here under Jackie and she always cared so much about the store, its regulars and her employees. This new person Luke (I think his name is) has been so rude towards everything she has worked for and so has that manager Glesby. I saw both of them throwing away all her personal belongings and for her sake I hope she goes to them with a bill for all that. Glesby has recently made some rather derogatory remarks to the employees in the afternoons which is horrible considering they are all teenagers. Will not be coming back to this location until there is a change.

But the time to place the order was about 5 minutes, the time to get the order was about 10. For breakfast time I find that hard to deal with. Hopefully it's better next time I go in. Luckily I want in a rush today.

It looked right so we left and we get home. I checked my bag. There’s no gravy in it. it’s a side of toast so I called up there and they told me that they would give me a free gravy next time I go, but it’s literally every single time I go to this Whataburger my order gets messed up and I appreciate them for giving me that free gravy since they messed up my order, but it happens every single time.
