    Amazing fatty brisket, and wonderful ribs of which sometimes you can find a custom variation like Korean barbecue ribs. The people here are so friendly. The service is so kind the food is exceptional. H-E-B is my happy place.

    Close the whole restaurant down. Do not spend your money here. 35.00 for this!!! At least fill the cups up of meat. I ordered a 3 meat plate with burnt cornbread

    I used Door Dash for my delivery. When the order arrived, the burnt ends (the reason I ordered from them instead of Spring Creek) were missing. DoorDash credited a substantial part of the cost so that is not an issue. Also, the food I received was very good. The issue is customer service at the Kingwood location. Since I thought the business should be aware, I called to let them know my DoorDash order had not been checked for correctness. It was painfully obvious that the young lady who answered the phone really didn’t care. I have no doubt she did not pass the information along to the manager or owner on duty. This was my first time ordering from True Texas BBQ and, unfortunately, it will be my last.

    Their brisket and sausage are amazing. I'm not a fan of the coleslaw. They keep changing up the recipe and it hasn't been as good as it used to be.

    The barbecue is absolutely amazing. The sides are delicious. My family and I have eaten here a few times already and it is definitely our new local go to spot. The service team was equally exceptional, smiling faces very friendly And did I mention the prices are good affordable for some very good tasting bbq
