  This is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. My previous problems were usually tied to the nuggets and how they taste like spoiled cardboard, but I’ve never blamed that on the workers. THIS TIME however, I was missing my fries from the happy meal. Considering a happy meal is half fries, I didn’t check my order until I got home. I came back and asked them to remake it, as I figured my nuggets were cold by now. They seriously had the audacity to take the box, put fries in it, and hand me the same order when I specifically asked them to remake it. If a full remake isn’t possible, don’t hand me the box and act like it’s not the same one like I’m some idiot 🙄🙄

  For some reason they have messed up or order 4 times now. Our order is a 20 piece chicken, nugget, with a large fry (not the basket they say it comes with) “ Even though we tell them not the basket, add a large fry, large Dr Pepper, then a 10 piece meal large with Dr Pepper as well. And every time we get a 20 piece, a 10 piece one french fry and two soft dinks. This time the lady handing the food, decided to argue with my wife and say that she did not order that that she was wrong. My wife tried to explain to her what it showed on the order when she ordered it was two french fries the worker proceeded to say that that’s not what you ordered. She asked to speak with the manager, and the worker said we are all managers. I told my wife to not worry about it this order mishap will never happen again because even though she can go there if she wants or refuse to deal with McDonald’s, I was on the phone with her. I could hear the whole conversation because it was playing through her car to the point where I got so frustrated. I said it’s fine just come home. We’ll never go there again. The proper thing to say in that situation would be it seems the 2nd french fry was not typed in correctly. I apologize for that mishap. Would you like to order another thing of fries? This has happened four times at this location, others it clearly stated on the receipt that we paid for it some other times It wasn’t rung up. I guess what McDonald’s needs to do is fire all its managers and start hiring some workers that can actually work because if they’re all managers, what are they managing?

  Won’t be coming here after me and my 2 year old got food poisoning! My little guy is running a bad fever and not feeling good while I’ve been throwing up since eating here

  I am a ubereats driver went to the pick you up area was ignored for 5 minutes, manager was bagging up orders and seemed to be oblivious to customers in front of them.
