And if you something from seafood or meat department don't go when they open at 6 - those counters are never ready for service when they open

This is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to food safety. I wasted both my time and money, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality and freshness of the products. I would not recommend shopping here based on this experience.”

I stood there to see if she was going to return she did, and turned her light off said I’m closed and walked away. I then went to another 25 item self checkout line and unloaded my things the cashier did not greet or anything which is fine. Then she proceeded to bag all my things and left them on the end of the bagging area did not put them in my basket or offer to. I loaded the bags into the basket as she helped bag the next persons things. Very unpleasant experience. I’d rather drive a free extra minutes to Kingwood drive heb. Waaaay better service always

The first order I requested a heart cake and they made me a round cake. A week and a half later I ordered a heart cake (again) for my daughters 13th birthday and they lost my order all together. Honestly not sure what to expect anymore. I will say that they made it right, the manager was sweet and made sure I was taken care of both interactions. It’s just a very stressful situation when you’re expecting to pick up a cake and it’s either wrong or non existent.
