This review is for a delivery order through Doordash. The order was a direct to customer delivery, handled in under 5 mins from door to door. The food was astonishingly horrible quality in all respects of my order. Specifically I ordered a quesadilla with barbacoa and a side of guacamole. The quality of the quesadilla was remarkably similar to cardboard - any person having any relation or understanding of Latino or Latino-inspired cooking would not consider whatever this was a tortilla. It was like what one might expect to have in a veggie wrap if you visited your vegetarian friend and he had leftover wraps at the back of his refrigerator from a week and a half ago that he tried to revive with some water in a pan. Inedible. The guacamole that came with the order was essentially an unripened avocado that someone managed to mangle into a plastic container with serving. The taste of what avocado was edible was OK, but 2/3rds of the container of guacamole was entirely inedible as it was clear they used unripened avocado. It came out of the container in three 2" chunks that could not be easily cut with a fork or knife and were not meant to be eaten. It would be inappropriate to serve something like this to a customer and make a decision that this is adequate food to serve to a customer. The care and consideration with how the food is packed, specifically for the quesadilla take out order just isn't there. It's in a cardboard container that leaks everywhere and does not keep the food fresh at all. Cold ingredients are placed directly adjacent to warm ingredients, like the sour cream, which turns into a soupy mess in transit that then leaks everywhere in the bag. This isn't a doordash issue - it's a quality control issue and packaging decision made by the business at Chipotle corporate. Condiments that are cold ought to be packed separately from hot ingredients for delivery orders or not offered at all. The side of pinto beans was unseasoned and bland and taste was bad. All of the other condiments leaked out everywhere into the container. My wife's burrito bowl order came out fine, so well done there. Takeaway: quality control. Guacamole; less frequently ordered meats need to be adequately prepared and not let sitting out to get cold and unappetizing. For guacamole, do better quality control over which you include or tell your upstream suppliers of avocados to stop delivering garbage to your business.

The GM Rene needs to treat his employees better tell me why this man was reprimanding this employee in front of customers literally while this employee was in line trying to order food? Like pull them aside elsewhere because the poor worker looked so uncomfortable to be spoke to like that while in line, I even asked them if they were ok and they looked on the verge of tears and said they’ll be ok. I even read the other reviews regarding the gm being the problem; maybe it is

Something told me to check the reviews for this location and wow I was right. I see other people have had the same customer service issue. I went today on a Sunday with my son. The lady that was making the bowls named GABBY was probably the rudest person I've encountered there. I didnt say anything there and like usual I remain kind. She had an attitude soon as we got there I asked one question and she rolled her eyes and said " This is all we have what you see." Mind you ALL the containers were empty so I was just confused. My son tried to make small talk and she just replied very annoyed. The whole time she just rolled her eyes and looked miserable to be there. No people skills at all. I couldn't leave without her name so I waited for the cashier to pass by me and I whispered to him and asked what her name was. They told me GABBY and I told him how rude she was and they mouthed "I know I know thank you for letting me know" they were very sweet and it looks like everyone there knew already. How can a establishment keep someone around like that? Please explain. So disappointed ill avoid this location until new staff hopefully gets hired.

Always small portions. Very little rice, very little barbacoa. It’s beyond ridiculous at this point I use to always blame it on the employee but I’m starting to think it’s the owner. The only place that does this. Never going back.

Go here if you want a burrito bowl that’s full of water, chicken, maybe rice if you’re lucky, and old cheese that is about 70 degrees in temp “served fresh”. Oh and the queso was solid. Shop is a health hazard. Get your act together before you seriously poison someone. @Chipotle: I did, nobody responded.
