  Very clean and professional work. Abdul and Cristiana are very easy to work with, reliable, and pay great attention to details. Communication was great and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend them. 👍

  I got a bowl with grilled chicken and harissa chicken. Food was great like always. The customer service was horrible. From the looks of it I am not the only one who has experienced bad service from the night crew. I arrived a little after 9pm. A couple in front of me was served and then it took roughly 7-8 minutes for me to be served. When I was served the Harissa dressing that is supposed to go on last was never even given to me and I had to stop another worker to actually get it. Also, workers seemed to have friends from school at the location and they cared more about conversing with them then serving actual paying customers. If you happen to want cava at night make the drive to another location as this location they need to retrain everyone except maybe a few workers on the night crew. Food is an 8 outta 10, however with service, it bring the overall experience down to a 4 outta 10. If you must go at night avoid this location at all costs.

  Everyone here is great! The team is welcoming, attentive, and truly makes you feel valued from the moment you walk in. Especially Madison—she’s spectacular. As a manager, she goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly while still taking the time to connect with customers. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail really stand out. You can tell she genuinely cares about both her team and the experience of every guest. Highly recommend!

  I’ve been to Cava multiple times and usually have a great experience—the food is always fresh and delicious, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, today was very different. An employee named Abdul treated me in a very rude and dismissive way. When I asked for extra pickled onions, he responded abruptly by asking if I wanted to pay extra. Before I could even respond, I continued ordering other toppings (cucumbers and broccoli), and he served them carelessly, almost throwing them onto the plate with clear reluctance. His attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable, to the point where I didn’t even feel good about eating the food afterward. Food prepared with that kind of negative energy really affects the customer experience. Additionally, there was another situation where a customer mentioned that the meat was undercooked, and Abdul got involved and argued with her instead of handling the concern professionally. It created an awkward and tense environment for everyone. I want to emphasize that every other employee I’ve encountered at this location has been kind and professional, which is why this stood out so much. I’m leaving this review so the owner is aware—this employee’s behavior does not reflect the overall quality of the restaurant. I really enjoy Cava and would like to keep coming back, but I hope not to have another experience like this again.

  We are extremely disappointed in the effort and manner in which we were treated. When we got there the order that we made didn’t have meatballs ready. They were cooking them as we were ordering and moving too fast we acquired a man named Abdul. Upon asking for what we wanted and being outright ignored, was very unsettling. Once we got the plate, the meat wasn’t even cooked all the way and he tried to argue that it was us and dismissed us again. When we expressed frustration, he said we needed to calm down, but we had already paid so we told him he’s gonna make the food again or give us our money back. He seemed to be on a power struggle instead of making the food he gave the money back. We will never come here again.
