The customer service by Mayte and her interactions with customers was amazing and a breath of fresh air. I wanted to meet the manager to compliment his staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant. His name is Ruben and he’s such a hard worker and trains his staff to do the same.

I am someone that doesn’t usually submit reviews but I just had to rave about my experience with Abdul and Christiana today. They were extra accommodating to our non profit’s last minute meeting’s order request. I came in very last minute to order 10 bowls and they rallied together to get all of our order requests made in a timely manner. I truly appreciate you both. Amazing Minds Creative Hearts will definitely be returning for all of our future meetings catering needs. PS. Mr. Abdul even carried out my bag to the car for me. I appreciate you!!!!

Mrs Maytse helped us and was SO nice and helpful! This was only my first time at cava so I didn’t know to get. Everyone was friendly and patient though. And even the customers here are nice lol I accidentally dropped my Pita and one of the guys inside came out and told me “I saw what happened, I asked them to make you a new Pita” 🤣 🫶 very much appreciated!

Food is always good at Cava, i come often.. But every time we come to this location throughout the night, the workers tend to act like they dont want to work. It’s probably 1/5 workers that give you a good experience. Other than that im tired of waiting 5 mins + to have someone make my bowl. And they’re always forgetting to stock up on pita chips, having us wait 10+ minutes and my food is already cold..

Mayte was very nice and very friendly we loved her energy on our visit, she definitely made it a better experience, unlike Mia, who was not practicing sanitary behavior. Mia came around to the serving area while actively shoving food in her mouth with her gloves on and continued to serve people with those same gloves while simultaneously also struggling to chew up the food in her mouth and speak to customers. Additionally, when transitioning our orders to the next section of the food bar she was tossing our items on the counter very carelessly and our pita bread landed in one of the topping containers. The five stars im leaving is for our experience with Mayte and Mayte only. She deserves a raise for her customer service and the atmosphere she creates just by being there.
