  I love HTeaO, and I actually used to work at one, so I know how the teas are supposed to taste. Unfortunately, every time I’ve visited this location, my order has been incorrect. I always order the Wedding Cake (½ Sweet Coconut and ½ Almond Green). The last time I came in, I was given unsweetened coconut instead. Today, I ordered a half gallon, and it doesn’t taste right at all. It almost tastes like there’s a berry tea (tastes like raspberry) mixed into it, or like the wrong tea was poured into the coconut bubbler. I understand mistakes happen, but this has become a recurring issue at this location, and it’s really frustrating—especially when purchasing a half gallon. I love HTeaO and hope this location can improve its consistency.
