  I ordered food around 4:15 this afternoon. I usually order from here once or twice a week and my husband always gets the Reuben sandwich which is supposed to be toasted but for some reason they’re toaster doesn’t toast the bread. It’s always soft so today I asked the girl at the drive-through to make sure that it was extra toasted. She did that she brought out my food. I unwrapped the sandwich to check it bread‘s not toasted so I park and go in and tell her like hey you remember how I asked you to have them toasted like it’s not toasted she fills the sandwich and agrees it’s not toasted so she takes it back there to tell the girl like hey it’s not toasted, and this girl loses her mind and is so rude to this other employee. I don’t know what you want me to do about it I toasted it three times. I can hear all this so I asked the girl like does it feel toasted to you? She says no OK well that’s all I want. Is the bread toasted like I don’t even want a different sandwich. I just want you to toast the bread like whatever you have to do to make that happen. The girls back there complaining that I’m just being picky. She toasted it three times even though two other people have said it does not feel toasted. It’s not toasted and I’ve said it’s not toasted so I tell her you know what just send the manager out because this obviously isn’t gonna work out the manager comes out she’s right back there with them so I ask her like I assume you heard all that her answer was I’m sick right now and throwing up late. I’ll remake it for you. She goes back there to make the sandwich. I can actively hear her throwing up in the kitchen they bring my sandwich back out and she asked if it’s OK. I told her I don’t even care at this point like I’ll take it home and toast it myself. It’s better than it was still not really Toasted. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had there and like I said I go once or twice a week, but the girl cooking was so rude and obnoxious to everyone and the poor manager needs to go home. She’s definitely contagious. She’s actively throwing up. You can tell she feels terrible and her and the girl working the drive-through were so sweet the whole time the girl in the kitchen is just complaining and doesn’t wanna do anything.

  Love the 1/2 pound roast beef in a cup. It is a fantastic way to keep carnivore when on the road. Convenient in the truck stop I was already going to.

  04/01/26 8:45 pm My order was correct, the burger sauce that came with the burger was mentioned to me by Hailey and thankfully because I substituted that with mayo...She also gave me something to mix my sauces in since she acknowledged i told her I like to mix them. My meal was prepped in a speedy manner and it was delicious! My soda tasted fresh and the place was spic and span, Thank you Hailey and to the rest of the crew.

  Walked in, everyone was in the back doing something. Another employee entered from the main store, ignored me, walked right to the back, and joined the conversation. After a few more minutes of waiting, with no acknowledgement that I was even there, I left .
