  I’ve ordered a citrus berry refresher several times and they tasted amazing. Today I ordered another one and it tasted off and hardly had flavor. So I went to the window and spoke with the female manager on shift and I explained to her that there was hardly any flavor and the way she spoke to me was with nothing but attitude and when she asked for the cup she jerked it out of my hand and sighed as if I was complaining. But I wasn’t. I simply wanted them to add flavor to it. Point is, is if you can’t treat your customers with respect then you don’t need to be in customer service.

  They lost my order. I waited a half an hour. And then they said it was my fault. They lost it and it would take another 20 minutes to make the hamburger over again.
