  Worst whataburger experience by far. We came through the drive through at around 8pm, I ordered two meals and a kids meal for my son, my wife requested creamy pepper sauce. After waiting for at least 15 minutes, we got our food, stopped to check the bags and we were missing the sauce, and the fries for my meal, my sons Jr burger had old white grease on it because of how long it had been sitting in the warmer. the sweet tea we got our son tasted like it was days old, from both the drive through, and the lobby. Went inside it’s just a mad house with a bunch of employees horseplaying in the lobby while my wife was getting our order corrected, then we got the fries half full that I was missing. Go to any other whataburger from this one, this one is clearly not being ran to standard.

  Yara and the store manager Kyru, my apologies if I spelled that wrong or made a mistake. Both of yall were super hospitable, also of course yall made the experience of going to whataburger, wonderful. Thanks for the great service and keep it up! Enjoy yalls weekend!

  I love this place they are right up the street! And the young lady who made our cold coffee on Wednesday October 7th 2026 at 5:59 in the morning that was the best coffee we ever had! My daughter said we have to come at that time every day! And the services amazing to the young women that work in the mornings early in the mornings and so we're very appreciative I hope and pray you do well in your life!

  The difference in the morning and night crews is insane. The early morning crew is lovely, quick, and has fantastic service. My food always comes out fast, hot, and fresh! The night crew isn’t the most pleasant and I’ve always had issues with my order in some way…if you plan on stopping by, definitely do so in the morning!!

  Place order for over $ 74.00 waited over 25 min. We ordered 6 full meals. 1 meal did not have fries. Let them know. Each order had its own bag. They wanted to take the whole order back while folks eating. I showed her the bag did not have fries. Mgr. TYRA came out said their staff verified all had fries. WELL IT DIDN'T MISSING 1 ORDER of FRIES. WHY ? Would we lie about 1 missing box of fries. She was like can everyone check their bags. We did. My bag did not. Sorry could not accommodate us. REALLY??
