    We had a quarter rack of the Korean Glaze. I'm sorry to say that the flavor profile is not Korean. The only flavor we got was pepper, it even over rode the green onions. The Kimchi pickles were a disaster, they tasted like Bread and Butter pickles with something red on them. This is a complete miss. The ribs were juicy and tender, made properly it's just the flavor profile that missed horribly.

    06/18/26 very disappointed this time. The brisket had absolutely no flavor (seasoning or smoke) and was extremely wet. Tasted like it was only cooked in the oven. I added my own brisket seasoning for flavor and cooked it in the airfryer to take out the excess moisture. The spicy bbq sauce has changed. Now it's thick and not spicy. Sauce was nasty tasring.
