  Horrible customer service and “manager” ! Cockroaches under the table and behind the counter by the bread. When confronted I was told they were the manager and they refused service(although I didn’t want anything after that just the gm information to call), and they were gonna call the cops. Very rude and disgusting location! It should be shut downnnn

  Chad was amazing!! He was the only employee in the place on Wednesday night! When we first walked up, at9:30 pm, I was kinda whining about a tomato on the floor in the dining area, then as we order, he politely said “it’s going to be a minute” (as he made 4 sandwiches for pick up). He explained that he was by himself… everyone else had called in… We had a big order with veggies on the side for a fishing trip the next day. He was SO awesome: fixing our food and being so sweet to wish us well with our fishing!!! WAY TO BE CHAD!!!

  This place is a joke. I came in for food, not to be cussed out by the employee. The lady working there was insanely rude and completely out of line no customer should ever be spoken to like that. Then, after waiting way longer than necessary, I finally get my food and it was absolutely horrible. Old, nasty, and clearly thrown together with zero care. The service was slow, the attitude was disgusting, and the whole experience was infuriating. Management seriously needs to step in because this location is embarrassing. Never again.

  Probably the worst experience ive ever had at a subway. My past two experiences at this location the lady making our sandwiches was extremely rude. She basically threw everything onto my sandwich. Didn't bother separating the meat just threw it on there. Wasn't even finished with telling her what I wanted on it before she tried to put it in the toaster. Then when she added my onions and peppers on she threw them into a stack on one side. She was rude to my fiancé too when making his sandwich. Just such an overall bad experience. Will be driving to a different subway from now on.

  I just have to leave a review for the young man who was working BY HIMSELF today. My hubby and I stopped in to get a quick lunch. The place was packed! Yet the young man behind the counter flew thru each and every order with a smile. And I have to say my husband and both agree that it was the best sandwich we've had from them in a couple years. This young man deserves not only praise; but also a raise! Help like him is hard to find.. hang onto him. The Johnsons
