  This is by far the worst managed sonic in the history of the free world. The staff is rude. Today I received an order from DoorDash. The hotdog were smothered in relish. and we’re vastly undercooked. That was refunded my money by DoorDash, and when I called and informed the manager of the situation, she stated what do you want me to do DoorDash her to gave you your money back? And told her I wanted her name andleast assume responsibility for serving Unprepared food. She then hung up on me. we can all just sit around and wait for the management to put a pre-plugged reply into this. To call the food nasty, would be doing nasty at this service. Do not eat here under any circumstances there are other sonics that are close by. y

  I genuinely feel bad for the employees here. I don't know what's going on but it's got one of the worst vibes of all Sonic's in the area. No one's nice but no one's mean, all while looking miserable and stressed out.Food is average but I consider myself lucky after seeing what others get from their reviews. The drive through always takes forever so I have to make sure I only go to this location when there's an extra 30 minutes to sit in line. My favorite location that I'll drive out of my way for is the one off the highway near Rosewood.
