  Asked for Mayo Cashier acted like no one ever ask for it , still didn't get it on either orders smh ... Was told that I couldn't place 2 orders ... Never heard that bs before. Employees can't get along with each other... Arguing with Customers about EMPLOYEES mess ups ... Never again will I go to this location !!!

  I just want yall to see how small these strips are. $12 for some strips small as my baby hand. Smdh. Never again. & this was supposed to be a refresher. Tasted like water down sprite. I also didn’t order the sparkling one and they gave it to me anyway. No ice or anything. Just a bunch of kids fake working who don’t know how to do something so simple. It’s fast food, not rocket science.

  Terrible experience with this store. I went to this location for a couple of shakes, but my shake (strawberry cheesecake) tasted like salt and soap/soapy water. Will not go here again.

  This sonic going into Heights does a great job with customer service. Their staff are always the best and are worth a tip. I've never had a problem here.

  Decent speed and quality
