  Ordered a personal pepperoni pizza, We had over 20 minutes while watching employees walk around stuffing their faces with pizza while cooking, Just to receive this with cheese in the middle. I didn’t have time to have them remake it

  Ordered a pizza for delivery, was told my order would arrive in about 45 min. Called them to see of they were running late and they said they had no order with my name, phone number, or address. The charge was on my credit but nothing with my name. No call or to advise me that they canceled my order.

  These people tipped themselves without my consent on my debit card so watch out for these scammers. Then say they couldn’t give refund but they can give store credit, very unprofessional it was a lady and a guy named Buck I talked to. I was suppose to get a call back from them but never did so I just reported them and disputed with my bank I don’t like to be played out my money I don’t care how small the amount is.

  I ordered for delivery and after waiting over an hour I found out this Pizza Hut gave my order to a door dasher for delivery. I live on Fort Hood and of course the dasher didn’t have access to post so they had to return my order to the store to have it reassigned to a dashed who has access to the installation. I tried calling this store for a refund and can’t even get someone on the phone. Why are you accepting orders that you can’t fulfill in a timely manner? Why are you assigning orders to door dashers for Fort Hood? This is ridiculous, if I had known how hard it would be to just get my order I never would have ordered to begin with. I want a full refund.
